I picked up a used pair of D.Y.N.A. Evos this season. Yes, they climb well, ski well, and weight less than my skate boots. Nice. I was skinning up a 25 degree gully the other day, wondering if I had suddenly gotten in way better shape, then remembered my magic boots. Just bludgeoning with technology what I lack in skill and fitness, as usual. I worry a bit about replacing the sole eventually.
Wish I could ice climb that well too. I really enjoyed the no-music sound track. Thunk. Thunk. Schwish schwish thunk. I love the sound of a well placed axe.

Stainless body..chromoly front points. At least they fit the boots ;=)
