Got mine a fews back - beautiful, simple, versatile. Thanks for making them available Dane.
Hi Dane
In your unending quest for the perfect alpine pack I was wondering if you ever thought about buying Mchale custom backpack? I figure if anyone could build what you want it would be him.
Best regards
McHale, Cilo? It doesn't take a lot to make a good alpine pack, not a lot of money any way. CCW has been doing it for a long time. As has Rivendell. Patagonia should be doing it soon. But a good alpine pack takes good design work and good materials. Not a lot of hype.
Helps to actually climb to make that happen. Not hiking or sheep farming but actual climbing like Bouchard, Titoune and Randy Radcliff have done in the past.
